With his major in urban engineering, he worked for construction companies, public enterprises, and PCM-professionalized companies, planned complex development projects, participated in managing projects, and contributed to the success of the business with technology and passion.

He has performed business processes from beginning to settlement for diverse projects including business planning in real estate development and construction, review of business feasibility, approval, marketing, and project management, and has gained work experience to maximize the efficiency of development projects through asset management and development, such as changing the purpose of urban planning of holding assets.

He is planning various projects through business proposals such as complex development projects, hotel projects, knowledge industry centers, tourism resort (golf course) development, housing projects, urban gas site development, and landowner cooperative business, and based on his experience of ordering and supervising public projects, he is carrying out PCM tasks in response to the project trends that diversify stakeholders.
