When planning commercial distribution buildings(apartments), he calculates the number of cases of various lifestyles with the goal of suitability between peoples’ lives and space, thinks over the best solution, and seeks the best space.

Since 1995, he has carried out various residence(apartments) projects and mixed-use projects: Incheon Songdo The Sharp Central Park 1/2/3 Mixed-Use that become the symbol of Songdo international city; and Busan Citizen Park Remaintanance Zone 1 Mixed-Use that is located in the center of Busan with a park.
