Jang Hyo Seong

As the current group leader of the Hightech Engineering group of PCM Project HQ, he is making an effort for the best synergy effect by respecting members based on communication through conversations and letting them exercise each one’s competence.

For the last 38 years, he has experienced various architecture-related tasks and served five times as an on-site manager for 29 years in a construction company. After having served finally as a board member he mainly played roles as technical support manager and head of the department at an architect’s office.

While carrying out his tasks, he strived to study the safety field that is directly connected to quality and obtained the license of Professional Engineer Construction Safety as well as the license of Professional Engineer Architectural Execution. In addition, he accomplished a Doctor of Engineering, gave lectures at Universities, and carried out the role of the quality inspector at the Seoul Quality Inspection Center. Acknowledged for excellent construction quality and his contribution to the development of construction technology, he was awarded by the head of the Seoul Regional Construction and Management Administration, the Minister of Land, Transport, and Maritime Affairs, and the technical achievement award from the Architectural Institute of Korea.

Based on his experience so far, he will improve the competence of the members of the Hightech Engineering group of PCM Project HQ, satisfy the needs of clients with technology-specified support, and make a real contribution to the success of winning the PJ contract. He is now doing his best to raise the level of drawing through the level-up of the technical review in the design section PJ and to contribute to obtaining more orders.
